Located in a typical house of stone Périgord entirely renovated in 2009, at the end of hamlet, raised well in a pastoral environment and near footpaths marked out. Heated well the winter with in more one frying pan chimney, expenses the summer, it is a place of rest throughout the year. Interior surface is of 42 m ² with equipment of quality, a neat decoration. This list belongs to a large house, occupied by the owners who also propose 4 rooms of hosts on the floor, more for the visits of friends or the family.
All is implemented for your relaxation, wellbeing, and quietude. The stay gives on the privative garden of approximately nonclosed 200M2, exposed South. The terrace covered by a pergola with its living room of garden, sun bath, stone barbecue in the garden and its little place of aromatic plants. The small nonaggressive animals are well accommodated there on request (already present a dog and a cat).
Britou understands:
1 living room with settee 3 people, numerical TV.
1 kitchen very equipped, with multifunction dishwashers, furnace, microwave.
1 room with 1 bed of 160 (to envisage covers of feather bed)
1 room of water with shower, washing machine, and separate WC.
The hiring is open all the year, the central heating (boiler biomass with the wood pellets) is supplemented by a frying pan chimney. Firewood in supplement (maximum 15€ week).
Possibility of hiring of household linen, and household at the end of the stay.
Sliding scale tariffs as of the second week.
